Why is this role important?

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in scaling our core platform. You’ll help architect and build key features across our AI infrastructure, workflow engine, and sales intelligence tools. Your work will directly impact how reps, managers, and ops teams interact with Aurasell every day.

This is a high-leverage role where you’ll influence both technical direction and product strategy. You’ll help us stay fast and scalable as we grow, while mentoring others and driving engineering excellence across the team.

Whose team will you join?

You’ll join the Product Engineering team, which owns end-to-end delivery of customer-facing features. This is a highly collaborative group that partners closely with Design, Product, and AI Research to bring new ideas to life.

We care deeply about thoughtful abstractions, clean interfaces, and building systems that are easy to maintain and evolve. We balance speed with quality and take pride in building things the right way.

What are the role requirements?

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong fundamentals in software design and backend development
• Experience building and scaling production-grade systems
• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP)
• Comfort working across the stack when needed
• Clear communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML systems, or early-stage startups
